Auch außerhalb des Museums ist das Keramion aktiv: Die Stiftung Keramion veranstaltet in Kooperation mit der Stadt Frechen den Frechener Töpfermarkt. Jedes Jahr im Mai zeigen Aussteller:innen die große Brandbreite der Keramikkunst.

Der Markt wird durch den Stadtbetrieb Frechen GmbH, die Kreissparkasse Köln und die Quarzwerke GmbH unterstützt.
